RECENT PROJECTS
This renovation for two music instructors and their family included a new garage & breezeway/mudroom with a music studio above. A walkway on the side to the front door helped tie the addition to the existing residence.
An existing tenant space was renovated and expanded to create additional space for a growing Dental Practice.
Total Square Feet: 3,000.
These condominium lofts were an adaptive re-use of an old factory. PAS produced construction documents for 25 of the lofts in this building ranging from 1,000 sf to 3,000 sf.
Construction was completed between 2016 thru 2019.
